One team, offer sheet to encore

The right act, the right room, the right night.

Burbunclub matches artists to audiences and then makes the show happen. Availability and fees come back fast, contracts are ours to chase, and on the day our production team is in the building — not on the phone.

What we do

One agency, the whole show

Booking is where it starts. Most clients hand us the date and the budget and take back a finished night.

Artist booking

Direct access to headliners, support acts and niche specialists. We handle offers, counter-offers, holds and contracts, and we tell you early when a name is out of reach.

  • Availability & fee checks in 24h
  • Offer sheets and deal memos
  • Exclusivity & radius clauses

Event production

Stage, sound, light, video and crew, specified against the rider rather than a catalogue. One production manager owns the build from truck call to strike.

  • Technical riders reconciled
  • Supplier tendering
  • On-site production management

Talent management

Day-to-day representation for artists on our roster: routing, fee strategy, press, and the unglamorous admin that keeps a career moving.

  • Routing & tour planning
  • Fee and territory strategy
  • Press and release support

Brand partnerships

Matching artists to brands without either side losing credibility. We negotiate usage, term and territory, and we say no to the ones that would not work.

  • Ambassador & campaign deals
  • Usage, term and territory
  • Activation staffing

Touring & logistics

Visas, carnets, freight, flights, ground and hotels. The paperwork that stops a tour is booked before it can.

  • Visas, carnets, work permits
  • Freight and backline
  • Travel and hospitality

Private & corporate

Weddings, anniversaries, launches and after-parties, run with the same contracts and the same discretion as a festival main stage.

  • Discreet handling, NDA on request
  • Guest-list and access control
  • Full-service or booking only

Who we represent

A roster built for real rooms

We keep the list short enough to know every act personally. Names we have worked with, not directory entries bought from a database.

Three jobs, three different problems

Not a portfolio. Three briefs that went sideways and what we did about them.

Launch night, 40 days out

Brief arrived with the venue booked and no talent. We had a shortlist in two days, a signed headliner in nine, and the artist approvals cleared for the campaign film.

Twelve-week residency

Built a residency from scratch for a 600-capacity room: twelve names, a price curve that protected the weak weeks, and a marketing calendar the venue could run alone.

How it runs

Four steps, no surprises

You will know at every stage what is agreed, what is pending and what it costs.

  1. 01

    The call

We ask what the night has to achieve, not just who you want. Half the time the answer changes the shortlist entirely.

  2. 02

    Options on the table

Names with fees, availability and an honest note on each — including the ones we would not book for this room and why.

  3. 03

    Paper

Deal memo out within 24 hours of agreement. Riders reconciled against the venue before signature, not after.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Advance, load-in, show, strike, settlement. One named contact throughout, reachable on the day.

Our side of it

Thirty years of show nights between us

The people behind Burbunclub have promoted, toured and produced. Between them, more than 1,568 shows and enough cancelled headliners to have a plan for it rather than a panic.

We work from Lisbon and travel to the shows. An agency that never leaves the office learns nothing about the rooms it is selling.

  • We attend the shows we book
  • Contracts in plain language, not boilerplate
  • Settlement within the same week, always

Good to know

Answers to the awkward questions

Still unsure? Email [email protected] — we answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.

Why use an agency at all?

Because a published fee is not a real fee, a rider is not a suggestion, and a cancellation at short notice needs somebody with relationships. If none of that worries you, book direct.

How do you pick the shortlist?

Room size, audience, budget and what the night has to achieve. We deliberately include one name you have not thought of — that is usually the one that gets booked.

What if we do not like any of them?

We go again, at no cost. Getting the first shortlist wrong is our problem, not yours.

Do you work with new artists?

Yes, and we price them honestly. Booking someone on the way up before the market notices is one of the few real bargains left in this business.

Who is on site on the day?

A named production manager from truck call to strike, plus the booker who sold you the show. Not a runner with a clipboard.

How do payments and settlement work?

Written schedule at contract stage, funds held where the deal requires it, and a full settlement sent within the same week as the show.
